Jewish sibling duo Clyde (24) and Gracie (21) Lawrence from NYC have entered the music industry by storm. In 2012, Gracie, the soprano, falsetto singer, and Clyde, the raspy alto and keyboardist, formed the band known as Lawrence (the Band) when they drafted in six of their childhood best friends to join them. Their messages of feeling happy, collaboration, supporting each other through hardship, and connecting with someone one by doing something you love, are apparent through their expression on stage and in the music they arrange and produce.
Discovered for their most popular and renowned song, "Do You Wanna Do Nothing with Me?", on their second album, Breakfast, Lawrence’s melting pot of soul, R&B, jazz, and pop has entered the ring of modern pop. Reaching #6 on the iTunes R&B/Soul charts, and now with their third album, Living Room, released this past September, fans hope to see their success continue while keeping their "homey" vibe.
